About us
Jason Wilkins is a woodturner based in Cardigan, West Wales. He works with a wide variety of ethically sourced local wood; beech, oak, elm and the more obscure. His work is first green turned and kiln dried, ensuring the pieces are less likely to split. Jason makes bowls, hollow forms, pots, food boards & more in many sizes so there is something for all. Ranging in finishes of painted, carved, charred and flame aged all oiled with food safe coating.
His workshop is based at Old Forge Crafts, Cardigan where you can watch the process happen, or take part in a workshop. Old Forge Crafts is also home to Jason’s’ craft shop, hosting 30+ local artists and makers that make handmade and sustainable items.
